Salary AED 7500 to 90
Experience : 5 to 6 years in UA
Responsibilities HR Manager ( Not limited to the below
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strateg
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issue
· Manage the end to end recruitment and selection proces
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capita
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizatio
· Maintain, update all company and employee records
· Guide and manage the other groups within the business, manage escalations and intervene when necessary
· Maintain, prepare and process the monthly payrol
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metric
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managemen
· Manage insurance renewal group wide
· Monitor and supervise PRO activities, seek approval from management for finances for the same
